At Midland Therapy Group we believe that what we do makes a difference. We want to help you make a difference in your own life and help guide you in dealing with any mental health, trauma, stress and anxiety issues that you might be going through.

Our mission is to make recovery from any form of mental health and trauma a priority so that you can live a happy and fulfilled life. We do this by providing a friendly, professional, safe and confidential environment and a team of counsellors experienced in a wide range of mental health, trauma, stress and anxiety issues that you can talk to. We keep the client at the heart of everything that we do!

MAKING COUNSELLING ACCESSIBLE AND AFFORDABLE.

As a Social Enterprise, Midland Therapy Group has been set up to allow counselling and therapy services to be more accessible to the wider community. As well as offering counselling sessions with fully qualified counsellors we offer low-cost counselling services with newly qualified and trainee counsellors for people who may not have previously considered therapy due to the cost.

Still providing a high level of service to our clients, Midland Therapy Group work alongside well known educational institutions providing full supervision and support from our experienced and qualified clinical supervisors to every newly qualified and trainee counsellor. This includes an initial assessment of the clients' needs so that we match you with the right counsellor to help you moving forward in your journey.

As a business, we always want to provide the best service possible and as a Social Enterprise we reinvest in the company to allow us to continually look at pricing and assess how we can maintain these affordable and accessible services.
