Face to face or online counselling available with a fully accredited counsellor who is experienced in working with a wide range of mental health issues.

ONE TO ONE COUNSELLING - QUALIFIED COUNSELLOR - £40.00 PER HOUR

Face to face or online counselling available with a fully qualified counsellor who is experienced in working with a wide range of mental health issues.

COUPLES COUNSELLING - £50 PER HOUR OR £70 PER 90 MINS

Face-to-face couples counselling is available to work through a range of relationship issues.

ONE-TO-ONE COUNSELLING - NEWLY QUALIFIED COUNSELLOR - £30.00 PER HOUR

Face-to-face or online counselling is available with a newly qualified counsellor who is experienced in working with a wide range of issues and is fully supervised through the organisation.

ONE TO ONE COUNSELLING - TRAINEE COUNSELLOR - £15.00 PER HOUR

Face-to-face or online counselling is available with a trainee counsellor who is fully supervised and supported through the organisation and their training provider.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION - £60.00 PER 90 MINS

Midland Therapy Group offers clinical supervision to support the work of those working in therapeutic services.

EMDR THERAPY - £50.00 PER HOUR OR £70.00 PER 90 MINS

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing is an approach to psychotherapy that can help process trauma and disturbing memories which impact on current mental health and day to day functioning.

MENTAL HEALTH MENTORING - £40 PER HOUR

 University life can sometimes be overwhelming.

Our qualified therapists are also experienced in academic mentoring, offering a structured solution-focused approach to support students in achieving their potential at University. By understanding individual needs we can tailor a support plan to enable students to manage their work-load effectively. This could range from improving time management and organisational skills to managing symptoms of anxiety.

This may be suitable for students who are ineligible for Disability Student Allowance (DSA) or wish to continue mentoring post graduation. 

Please note we cannot offer subject specific support.

ASSESSMENT APPOINTMENT - £15.00 from 30 to 60 MINS

Does not include assessments for couples counselling which are charged at the normal hourly rate.

An assessment appointment is an opportunity to meet with an experienced counsellor to talk about what you are looking for from counselling and to help us to make sure we can provide you with the right service.
