COUPLES COUNSELLING

WHAT WE OFFER…

At Midland Therapy Group, we offer professional, confidential and compassionate couples counselling to support partners who want to explore and strengthen their relationship. Whether you’re facing ongoing conflict, changes in your relationship, or simply want to improve communication and connection, couples counselling provides a safe and balanced space to work through issues together.

What is couples counselling?

Couples counselling gives both partners the opportunity to talk openly about their experiences, concerns, and needs with the support of a trained, non-judgemental therapist. It isn’t about taking sides or deciding who is right or wrong — it’s about understanding each other better, identifying patterns that may be causing difficulty, and finding new ways of relating that work for both of you.

How can it help?

  •  Improve communication and reduce misunderstandings

  •  Rebuild trust and emotional connection

  •  Navigate life changes such as parenting, illness, or separation

  •  Manage conflict in a more constructive way

  •  Understand and respond to each other’s emotional needs

  •  Explore decisions about the future of the relationship

What we offer at Midland Therapy Group:

  • A non-judgemental, confidential space for both partners

  •  Experienced counsellor who work with a range of relationship dynamics

  •  Flexible session times (in-person ) to suit your schedule

  •  Short or longer-term support depending on your needs

Couples counselling at MTG is open to all types of relationships, regardless of marital status, age, sexuality or background. Whether you’re navigating a difficult time or simply want to reconnect, we’re here to support you.
